Doctor Tamara is a family physician with an ambitious mission: to make the Netherlands healthier through her Online Lifestyle Programs. Although she has extensive medical knowledge and a social media team, she lacked specific expertise in content marketing and having an online strategy.
This was a big challenge because without a strong online presence, her programs would have difficulty reaching their target audience and would have less impact.
Doctor Tamara wanted to appeal and attract a new audience in addition to patients who were familiar with the Doctor Tamara concept who would benefit from her services. So a strategy needed to be developed to help strengthen the engagement of her patients and visibility needed to be increased to appeal to a new audience.
An all-round approach was needed for this, where we helped with both developing the strategy, doing campaigns on different marketing channels and monitoring the results.
To achieve the best possible results for Doctor Tamara, we worked closely with her team to develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy.
We began by developing a plan that focused on the different stages of the customer journey. We made sure that the lifestyle programs she was selling were easily accessible to the target audience.
In addition, we developed follow-up programs to motivate and support patients over the long term. This was important for maintaining engagement and improving clients' health.
We created mailing campaigns to regularly communicate with patients and inform them about new programs. These campaigns focused on increasing participation in the programs and strengthening relationships with patients.
The use of targeted lead campaigns allowed us to address a large and previously unreachable audience. By combining these campaigns with social media creation and ad setup, we were able to greatly increase her visibility.
An important aspect of our approach is the use of dashboards to monitor results. These dashboards gave both us and the client clear insights that allowed us to properly monitor progress and steer to ensure that optimal results were achieved.
We also supported Doctor Tamara in creating content for both organic and paid channels.
Working with Doctor Tamara yielded great results. Thanks to our support, she has built a strong online presence and significantly increased her reach. The number of Online Lifestyle Programs sold has greatly increased and she can have more people with improving their health.
