WHO IS YOUR AUDIENCE?

These questions are about identifying the audience interested in the products, services, and/or experiences you provide in a certain way to achieve a higher goal. What common characteristics do the people you are relevant to have? The common pitfall is trying to appeal to everyone and not choosing a clear ‘niche’.

Define a clearly recognizable group of people with similar characteristics (your ‘audience’). The more specific and smaller this group is, the better you have defined your ‘niche’. Dare to choose clearly and become highly relevant to that group of people.
